Educational: Essential- Any Graduate preferably BMS, MB.
Experience: Minimum experience of 5-6 years and 2 year of team handling experience.
Experience should be only in sale & marketing in any of these FMCG, Automobiles, Telecom, Banking and insurance, media, space selling etc.
Gender: Both males as well as females.
Brief about the job: It’s a purely corporate sales profile rolls out targets on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. A candidate on this position has to tab corporate that exists in the location from where he works. He has to sell the ICFAI flagship as well as regular programs to the employees of these corporate by doing events, presentation, seminars and information desk there. Also, the corporate team managers will supervise them for field work, individual Cold calling etc.
Skills required target oriented, proactive, cohesive team player, Good energy levels and people skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, ready to work under pressure for long hours. Overall sales Flair and Zest for success
Key Function & Roles of the Candidate
- Recruitment of manpower
- Deliver support to team members through coaching and act as a role model
- Conduct weekly / monthly meeting to review performance, disseminate Company information, address common problems and concerns and rally the team to achieve goals
- Set weekly achievements targets foe team members
- Accompany executive on customers visits to support and improves sales skill
- Achieve Team Targets
Any other skill set: Sales Flairs, Zest for Success
The other important points to remembers are as follow;
Locals candidates would be preferred as they would know the city better
